Because the KETL™ application is Open Source, we offer a KETL™ self-help site at Sourceforge.net which includes community-based support options such as forums, bug tracking and downloads.

Community support may be leveraged during application development, but it is neither designed nor intended for customers who are working with products in production environments.

For systems in production, companies may be interested in 3rd Party Support from Kinetic Networks, sponsor of the KETL™ Open Source Project. To get access to Kinetic Support professionals for help with a wide variety of issues ranging from installation and configuration problems, to integration with third party systems, to problems with your ETL programs, support packages are available.
